Biddulph's geography is half the job: keys get lost on family days out at Biddulph Grange gardens, fobs die in the rain above Biddulph Moor, and a car locked on a slope up Lask Edge concentrates the mind wonderfully. We're based in Kidsgrove, ten to fifteen minutes over the hill, and the van carries everything — so a lockout outside the Sainsbury's, a lost key at the country park, or a van that won't start in Knypersley all end the same way: fixed at the kerb, one visit.
