The short version: we collect the minimum needed to quote and do your job, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we never sell your details. Here’s the full picture.

What we collect and why

• When you call or WhatsApp us: your phone number and what you tell us (usually your vehicle registration, location and the problem) — used to quote and carry out the work, and kept in our phone/WhatsApp history like any small business.
• When you use the quote or booking forms: the details you type are composed into a WhatsApp message on your phone — nothing is stored by this website until you choose to send it.
• Vehicle registration lookups: if you enter a reg for a quote, it may be checked against official vehicle data (e.g. DVLA/DVSA services) solely to identify the vehicle for pricing.
• Proof of ownership: we view (not keep copies of) your V5C or insurance and photo ID before cutting keys, as a security measure for you.

What we don’t do

• No advertising cookies or cross-site trackers on this website.
• No selling or sharing of your details with marketers, ever.
• No storing card details — payments are taken at the job through a standard card terminal or payment link.

Hosting & technical

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard server logs (IP addresses, pages requested) to serve and secure the site. Embedded Google Maps on the contact page loads from Google and is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

Your rights & contact
