What customers have told us
Feedback customers sent Jude directly by email after the job. These are not Google reviews — those sit on our Google profile, and there are only a few there so far.
Car key snapped in the lock just as I was heading to work. Called Auto Lock and Key and they were with me quickly, got the broken key out and made me a replacement there and then. Really straightforward service.
Lost my spare key months ago and finally decided to get another one made. Much cheaper than the dealer and everything was programmed at my house. Quick, easy and no messing about.
My van key suddenly stopped working and I thought I was going to lose a full day’s work. Auto Lock and Key came out, found the problem and had me back on the road the same morning. Couldn’t fault the service.
Locked the keys inside the car while out shopping. Gave them a call and they arrived when they said they would, opened the car without any damage and the price was exactly what I’d been quoted. Great local service.

Why reviews matter more than adverts in this trade
Auto locksmithing has a trust problem, and it’s earned: the “£49 callout” that becomes £600 on the driveway is a national scam with local imitators. You can’t tell the difference from an advert, because adverts are written by whoever is selling. You can tell from reviews — they’re written by people who already paid the bill.
So we do two things about it. We publish our prices so nobody has to guess, and we ask every customer for an honest review afterwards — including the ones who’d rather tell us we were slow. We’d sooner fix a fair criticism than hide it.
